Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reoular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
. 15th day of May 19]x. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt.
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78- 280
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR STENSRUD ADDITION FOR ALAN STENSRUD
(A-774)
WHEREAS, Alan Stensrud has requested approval of the final plat for the Stensrud
Addition, a plat for single family residential development consisting of nine lots,
located at the northwest corner of Quaker Lane and 30th Avenue North, and a develop-
ment contract therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Alan Stensrud
10 for final plat approval of the Stensrud Addition, a plat for single family residential
development consisting of nine lots, located at the northwest corner of Quaker Lane
and 30th Avenue North.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollow,ing Yoted In rayor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils.
