Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasa don the
15th day of May , 19 78 , The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adopt on:
RESOLUTION #78-277
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR NATHAN TRAILS FOR MEADOW CORPORATION
(A-698)
WHEREAS, Meadow Corporation has requested approval of the final plat for Nathan Trails,
a plat for single family residential development consisting of 59 lots, located at the
southwest corner of Nathan Lane and 49th Avenue North, and a development contract
therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Meadow Corporation
for final plat of Nathan Trails, a plat for single family residential development
consisting of 59 lots, located at the southwest corner of Nathan Lane and 49th
Avenue North.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
