Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r reaular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held e
15th day of May , 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Seibold and SAaPth
The following members were absent: _ None
_ Councilmember�Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-270
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR WAYZATA EVANGELICAL
FREE CHURCH FOR UNPLATTED PROPERTY (A-555)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for unplatted property for the
Wayzata Evangelical Free Church by Resolution #78-269 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Adjustment of all assessment calculations and payment of any new charges based
on such adjustment.
2. Provision of a street, drainage and utility easement over the cul-de-sac portion
of Narcissus Lane.
3. Payment of additional Park Dedication fees -in -lieu of $150.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
