Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nesota was eld on the
15th day of _May , 19 7,q . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hgyt, Npils} Saihnld and Spapth
The following members were absent: Nonp
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-269
APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR WAYZATA EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH (A-555)
WHEREAS, the Wayzata Evangelical Free Church has requested lot division of their
unplatted property located west of Highway 101 at 6th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:
Plat 43731, Parcel 0810 Description: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the South-
east Quarter of the Northeast Quarter lying
South of the following described line: Commencing at a point
in the west line thereof 195.2 ft. South from the Northwest
corner thereof; thence East parallel with the North line thereof
439.4 ft.; thence Southerly at right angles 50 ft.; thence
Easterly at right angles to the East line of Section 31. All
lying in Section 31, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County.
Parcel A
The southerly 151 ft. of the westerly 240 ft. of that part of the Southeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter lying South of the following described
line: Commencing at a point in the west line thereof 195.2 ft. South from the Northwest
corner thereof; thence East parallel with the North line thereof 439.4 ft.; thence South-
erly at right angles 50 ft.; thence Easterly at right angles to the East line of Section
31. All lying in Section 31, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County.
Parcel B
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
lying South of the following described line: Commencing at a point in the west line
thereof 195.2 ft. South from the Northwest corner thereof; thence East parallel with
the North line thereof 439.4 ft.; thence Southerly at right angles 50 ft.; thence
Easterly at right angles to the East line of Section 31. EXCEPT the following: the
southerly 151 ft. of the westerly 240 ft. of said part of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
