HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-268• CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reoular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of May , 19_ZEL. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt_ NPilc_ Spihnld and Spapfh The following members were absent: None Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #78-268 APPROVING SITE PLAN EXPANSION AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WAYZATA EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH (A-555) WHEREAS, Wayzata Evangelical Free Church has requested site plan expansion and conditional use permit approval for a 10,000 sq. ft. expansion to the church located west of Highway 101 at 6th Avenue North, per plans Staff -dated April 27, 1978; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of the Wayzata Evangelical Free Church for site plan expansion and conditional use permit approval for a 10,000 sq. ft. expansion to the church located west of Highway 101 at 6th Avenue North, per plans Staff -dated April 27, 1978, subject to the following condi- tions: 1. Adjustment to eliminate all off-street parking setback variances. 2. Provision of an 18 -month performance bond to guarantee all landscape and paving, including improvement of the Narcissus Lane cul-de-sac to a standard 7 ton City cross-section. 3. Removal of all temporary site structures upon occupancy of the building addition, or upon expiration of the conditional use permit (Council Resolution #77-264), whichever occurs first. 4. Design of the cul-de-sac be in such a manner as to eliminate any access to the church parking lot from Narcissus Lane, and that berming and access barriers be added to insure that access be eliminated.
