Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, nnesota was he -Ta on the

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 1178-264
APPROVING JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY PARK RESERVE
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Park Reserve District has proposed a Joint
Powers Agreement covering region trails within Plymouth, and;
WHEREAS, the Park & Recreation Advisory Commission and Planning Commission
have reviewed said agreement and recommends adoption;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and does approve the Joint Powers
Agreement and directs execution by the City Manager.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo n fayor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth ,
