HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-263CITY OF PLYMOUTH • Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of � , 19 78 . The following members were present: Ma or Hunt Counc lmembers Hot Neils Seibold The following members were absent: None Councilmembers Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-263 DENIAL OF IMPROVEMENTS SYCAMORE - ROSEWOOD - 15TH AVENUE PROJECT NO. 814 WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 6th day of February, 1978, fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed improvement of the following streets: 1. 15th Avenue from Pineview Lane west to the Chicago/Northwestern Railroad tracks. 2. 14th Avenue from Sycamore Lane to Rosewood Lane 3. Sycamore Lane and Rosewood Lane from 14th to 15th Avenue by the installation of watermain laterals and trunk facilities, bituminous street restoration and all necessary appurtenances. AND, WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publica- tions of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 6th day of March 1978, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and the hearing closed, with it to be considered at a subsequent council meeting, and WHEREAS, the Council considered the proposed improvement on May 1, 1978, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: I. Such improvement is hereby denied for 1978 consideration. 2.
