the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-262
AUTHORIZING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
WITH MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, it is desirous for the Minnesota Department of Transportation and the City
of Plymouth to enter into a Routine Maintenance Agreement for the maintenance of
certain frontage roads along T.H. 55, and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation will do certain bituminous
resurfacing and bituminous curb work along said frontage roads upon receipt of
City of Plymouth approval of such a Routine Maintenance Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Mayor and Manager are authorized to enter into a Routine
Maintenance Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation for certain
frontage roads along T.H. 55 as shown on the attached map marked Exhibit "A".
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
