Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ulmeeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasar eld on the
1st day of,. _May __ 1978 . The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-258
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF DIVISION FOR COLUMBUS HOME ASSOC.
(A-126)
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution #78-257 , has approved a lot consolidation
and division action as petitioned by the Columbus Home Association;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the folloin.ng conditions to be
met prior to filing of said division/consolidation with Hennepin County:
1. Dedication of street easement along County Road #73 frontage to a total of 40 ft.
from centerline.
2. Provision of utility and storm drainage easements 6 ft. inside all new property
lines.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmembe Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n tayor thereof, Mayor Hunt Counci members Hoyt, N@i1S_

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
