Minnesota, was held on t e 1st day of May , 1978 . The following members were present: mmayor Hunt, LouRilme—nFe—rs Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following menbers were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved 5 adoption: RESOLUTION 078-257 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR COLUMBUS HOME ASSOC. (A-126) WHEREAS, the Columbus Home Association has requested a lot consolidation/division of unplatted property located in the northwest quadrant of Highway 55 and South Shore Drive; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidation and divi- sion and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation and division is approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel Description 43736 9210 That part of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County. Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point in the Northwesterly line of County Road No. 70 distant 187.64 feet Southwesterly from the North line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence Northwesterly along a line running to a point in the North line of said Southwest Quarter distant 336.54 feet West from its intersection with the northwesterly line of County Road No. 70 to a point 100 feet South at right angles from the North line of said Southwest Quarter; thence West along a line parallel with and 100 ft. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing voted in Favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth 'Me following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duli—pis-sed and adopted.
