Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was e o on We

uncilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 78-246
AUTHORIZING PHASE III OF A TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS STUDY
WHEREAS, a report representing the culmination of Phases I and II of a telephone
study authorized by the Council on January 16 has been received from Hart and
Associates, and
WHEREAS, said report recommends that specifications be drafted and bid proposals
solicited for the procurement of a new telephone system for the City, and
WHEREAS, the benefits available to the City through the procurement of a new
telephone system will benefit the community and city government operations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does authorize the initiation of Phase III of
the telephone communications study at a cost not to exceed $700.
AND FURTHER that funds for this purpose are hereby allocated from the Municipal
Building Account 101-174-857.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�ppncjlmember NgJ12 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils.
