HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-242VITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 24th day of April 19L. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt.,.Councilmembers Royt, Neils.Seibold The following members were absent: None Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and mom its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-242 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - CHIPPEWA TRAILS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted April 17, 1978, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of the Chippewa Trails 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on April 24, 1978. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improve- ment. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council reso,ition adopted April 17, 1978. The petitioner has waived his right to a public r wring. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n tavor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt.
