Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s eci 1 meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plvmouth, Minnesota was held on the

RESOLUTION NO. 78-241
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - PALMER CREEK ESTATES 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted April 17, 1978, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of the
Palmer Creek Estates 3rd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council on April 24, 1978.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CIT`.' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners
of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improve-
ment.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
April 17, 1978. The petitioner has waived his right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated ds the engineer for this improvement.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
