Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was helF on the
24th day of April , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. Coup tlmembers Hoyt. Neils, Spibald and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Cnupc lmemher Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-240
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR EARL NELSON (A-810)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation/division for Earl Nelson
by Resolution #78- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot consolidation/division:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum.
2. Dedication of Parcel E and easement for 7 ft. of additional right-of-way for
Highway 101.
3. Proof of easements creating "private road" as depicted, but adjusted easterly
. out of the right-of-way of Highway 101. The access to Highway 101 shall be
clearly indicated as the northern most end of the easement for the private road
within Parcel A.
4. All utility extensions and stubs shall be installed at owner's expense.
5. Variances be granted to create the four lots as depicted less the right-of-way
from #2 above.
6. Payment of $150 Park Dedication fees -in -lieu for the one additional lot created.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyt,, Neils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
