The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hot Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved s a option: RESOLUTION #78-239 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR EXISTING PARCELS FOR EARL NELSON (A-810) WHEREAS, Earl Nelson has requested consolidation and division of existing parcels within the City of Plymouth; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, approve the following consolidation and division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special 10 assessment corrections based upon City -policy when the consolidation and division is approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition 44615 6600 1 4 Sunny Acres 44615 6900 2 4 Sunny Acres 43730 4002 Description: The South 165 ft. of the North 1,227.3 feet of the West 264 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the North- east Quarter of Section 30, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except roadway. To be consolidated and divided into five new parcels as follows: Parcel A Lot 2, except the South 10 feet thereof, Block 4, Sunny Acres, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin County. Parcel B That part of the South 10 feet of Lot 2, Block 4, and that part of the followipg described property: rLot 1, Block 4, except that part of said lot lying South of a line described as beginning at a point on the East line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 119, Range 22, distant 1227.3 feet South along said East line from the Northeast corner thereof; thence West along a line LJ Resolution #78-? Page 2 erected perpendicular to said East line to a point 264 feet East along said line from the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North parallel to the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 165.feet; thence West parallel to the aforementioned perpendicular line 264 feet to the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, and there terminating,,. all in Sunny Acre-, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for Hennepin County. ALSO, That part of said Lot 1 lying South of said above-described line, North of a line drawn parallel with and 95 feet South, measured at right angles, from the North line of said Lot 1 and its Easterly entension. Parcel C That part of Lot 1, Block 4, Sunny Acres, lying South of a line drawn parallel with and 95 feet South, measured at right angles, from the North line of said Lot 1 and its Easterly extension; That part of the following -described property: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter distant 1286.5 feet South from the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence Easterly 264 feet along a line which intersects the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter at a point thereon distant 1227.3 feet South, as measured along said East line, from the Northeast corner of said Northeast quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North parallel with the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 165 feet; thence Westerly 264 feet to a point on said West line distant 165 feet North from the point of beginning; thence South along said West line to the point of beginning, lying North of a line drawn parallel with and 190 feet South, measured at right angles, from the North line of said Lot 1 and its Easterly extension. Parcel D That part of the following described property: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Town- ship 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter distant 1286.5 feet South from the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence Easterly 264 feet along a line which intersects the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter at a point thereon distant 1227.3 feet South, as measured along said East line, from the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence North parallel with the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 165 feet; thence Westerly 264 feet to a point W W Resolution #78-239 Page 3 on said West line distant 165 feet North from the point of beginning; thence South along said West line to the point of beginning, lying South of a line drawn parallel with and 190 feet South, measured at right angles, from the North line of Lot 1, Block 4, Sunny Acres, and its Easterly extension, and Easterly of the Southeasterly continuation of the Westerly line of said Lot 1.
