Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r �p� meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, �Ainnesota was held on the
24th day of April , 1978. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hot Neils Seibold andSpaeth
The following members were absent: one
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-238
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR MAURICE
MCCAFFERY (A-752)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for Maurice
McCaffery by Resolution #78- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following conditions to be
met prig, to filing of said lot division/consolidation with Hennepin County:
Petitioner shall present written proof of a commitment for conveyance of Parcel B
to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n tavor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hovi<,_Neils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
