Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-237
APPROVING LOT DIVISION,CONSOLIDATION OF PLATTED PROPERTY FOR MAURICE MCCAFFERY (A-752)
WHEREAS, Maurice McCaffery has requested lot division/consolidation of property within
the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the following division/consolidation
and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment cor-
rections based upon City policy when the division/consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County:
Plat Parcel Lot Block Addition
GLEASON NORTH
43732 420 That part of Government Lot 6 lying North of the railroad
right-of-way and westerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the intersection of the Northwesterly line
of railroad right-of-way with the North line of Lot 6;
thence West along said North line 770 feet to the point
of beginning; thence deflecting left 50 degrees to said
right-of-way line and there terminating.
To be divided and consolidated into the following:
Parcel A
Lot 5, Block 1, Gleason North except the south 592.17 feet thereof measured on the
east line of said Lot 5, all in Section 32, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County.
Parcel B
That part of Government Lot 6 lying North of the railroad right-of-way and westerly
of the following described line: Commencing at the intersection of the Northwesterly
line of railroad right-of-way North line of Lot 6; thence West along said North line
770 feet to the puint of beginning; thence deflecting left 50"degrees to said right-
of-way line and there terminating. ALSO, the South 592.17 feet of Lot 5, Block 1,
Gleason North, all in Section 32, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof*. Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt„ Neils.
