moveaits adoption:
RESOLUTION f78-236
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR RUTH AULT (A-809)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Ruth Ault by Resolution
N78- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Compliance with the requirements of the City Engineer.
2. Written easement for 17 ft. additional right-of-way (to 50 ft. from centerline)
along entire County Road 6 frontage.
10 3. New utility stubs shall be installed at owner's expense.
4. Payment of $150 Park Dedication fees -in -lieu for new lot.
5. Written proof of "common drive" easement providing access to County Road 6 for
both parcels be provided to the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc' aand upon vote being taken thereon, the
