HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-235CITY OF PLYMOUIM Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was on t 24th day of April , 19 78. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt - Co ncilmembers untCouncilmembers Hoyt. Niels. Seibold and Spaeth were Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its a tion: RESOLUTION #78- 235 APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR RUTH AULT AT SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF FERNDALE ROAD AND COUNTY ROAD 6 (A-809) WHEREAS, Ruth Ault has requested division of her unplatted property within the City of Plymouth; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF r!-YMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the following division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County: Plat 43730 Parcel 6040 Description That part of Section 30, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at a point in the South line of Government Lot 5 distant 802.56 feet West from the Southeast corner thereof; thence North 660 feet; thence South 66 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds West distant 46.2 feet; thence South 70 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds West distant 272.48 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing South 70 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds West distant 388.84 feet; thence South 75 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds West distant 504.90 feet; thence South 8 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds East to the South line of Section 30; thence East along the South line of said Section to the intersection with a line bearing South 22 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West from the point of beginning; thence North 22 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds East to the point of beginning.
