Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was on t 24th day of

APPROVING LOT DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR RUTH AULT AT SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF
FERNDALE ROAD AND COUNTY ROAD 6 (A-809)
WHEREAS, Ruth Ault has requested division of her unplatted property within the City
of Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF r!-YMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the following division and that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections
based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County:

County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing
at a point in the South line of Government Lot 5
distant 802.56 feet West from the Southeast corner thereof;

of 600.00 feet; thence South 66 degrees 29 minutes West a distance of 46.20 feet;
thence South 70 degrees 54 minutes West a distance of 661.32 feet to the point of
beginning of the land to be described; thence North 70 degrees 54 minutes East a

East to a point on the north line of said Section 31, said point being the point of

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
