Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a crani meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
24th day of April 191x. The following members were
10 present: Mayor Hunt Couqcilmembers
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-231
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF RAPPAPORT ADDITION FOR JON RAPPAPORT (A-806)
WHEREAS, Jon Rappaport has requested preliminary plat approval for the Rappaport
Addition, a single family detached dwelling plat consisting of 14 lots, located
east of West Medicine Lake Drive at 30th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Jon Rappaport for
preliminary plat approval of the Rappaport Addition, a single family detached
dwelling plat consisting of 14 lots, located east of West Medicine Lake Drive at
30th Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
1. Park Dedication requirements of .95 acres shall be satisfied by dedication of
that area labelled "trail" (to be relabelled as an outlot) and payment of
fees -in -lieu for the Assessor's fair market value of .41 acres average for the
site.
2. Private curb cut access to County Road 154 shall be prohibited.
3. A partial cul-de-sac shall be platted and constructed at the north end of Larch
Lane.
4. Block 2 shall be redesigned in such a manner as to include the area now designated
as Lot 1 into other lots.
5. No final plat shall be processed until arrangements for extension of public
sanitary sewer have been approved by the City Council.
6. City Engineer shall give consideration to the situation of the Tomber home and
its access to Larch Lane.
7. Prior to final plat submission, there be included for Commission review, a topo-
graphic map of the property indicating the final grading for the site with particular
attention to as little alteration of the north portion of the property as would
