Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of April , 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-226
RENEWAL OF CIGARETTE LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Cigarette Licenses have been received
from the parties listed below in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6, of
the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License applications for the
parties listed below be approved for the period January 1, 1978 through
December 31, 1978.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilmemb r Ngil , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n rplavor thereof; Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
