The following members were present. Mayor Hun ounce mem ers o t, Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: None -ouncilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-222 AUT"PRIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER AN ORDEP WITH RESPECT TO A HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS BUILDING AT 13600 STATE HIGHWAY 55, PLYMOUTH, MN WHEREAS, the Building Official of the City of Plymouth has made a written report to the Council relative to the condition of the structure at 13600 State Highway 55, Plymouth, Minnesota, which structure is deemed by said Building Official to be in a hazardous and dangerous condition, and WHEREAS, in said report said Building Official has recommended that proceedings be commenced for the correction, razing or removal of said structure pursuant to applicable statutes of the State of Minnesota, and WHEREAS, said report has been examined and considered by the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Mayor and City Manager of the City of Plymouth are authorized and directed to enter an Order directed to the owner of the premises at 13600 State Highway 55, Plymouth, Minnesota and to all lien holders of record which Order shall direct owner and lien holders to correct, raze or remove the building thereon. 2. The City Attorney is authorized and directed to cause said Order to be served upon the owners of record of said building, or their agents, upon any occupants therein and to proceed with the enforcement of said Order all as provided in Sections 463.15 through 463.26, Minnesota Statutes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Rezolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof', Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Siebold and Spaeth Yhe following voted against ora sta ne one !hereupon the Resolution was declared duly parised and adopted,
