The following members were present: Mayor un ounce me ers Ho t `Rails Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: one tre a.i ttr Councilmember• Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved ii-tip:o: RESOLUTION NO. 78-215 APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS AND STREET LIGHTS AT INTERSECTION OF CSAH 18 AND 36TH AVENUE NORTH WHEREAS, the City Council had adopted Resolution No. 76-271, wherein they approved the Mayor and Manager to enter into an Agreement No. PW -08-17-76 with Hennepin County for the participation in the construction and operation of traffic control signals and street lights on CSAH 18 at 36th Avenue North interchange, and WHEREAS, said project has been completed by Hennepin County and the amount attributable to Plymouth is $16,991.98 and the City has paid an initial amount of $16,000.00. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Director is authorized to pay Hennepin County in the amount of $991.98 for final payment of Invoice Number 1749 for the above referenced project with the funds to come from account 101-175-932. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the rollowing voted n favor thereof: Mavor Hunt fo, uncilmemberc Hnyfy Nell s - Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against orabstained; Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa%sed and adopted, tt«
