RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING,
ON IMPROVEMENT PINEVIEW LANE AREA
PROJECT NO. M
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted November 7, 1977 and
llovember 21. 1977, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
b Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of the followinq:
1. Pineview Lane from County Road 47 south to Minneapolis/St. Paul
Sault Saint Marie Railroad
2. Oakview Lane and Palmer Cove Addition
3. County Road 47 from County Road 10 to I-494
4. Pineview Lane from 49th avenue to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Sault
Saint Marie Railroad
by the installation of sanitary sewer laterals and trunk facilities (Point 12D
to Pineview and 50th Avenue), watermain lateral and trunk facilities, bituminous
streets (9 -ton design on Pineview Lane and 49th Avenue and 7 -ton desion on
residential streets ,with concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities
and all necessary appurtenances; the sewer trunk facilities in accordance with
supplemental report on comprehensive sewer plan for Plymouth, Minnesota and
sa=d report was received by the Council on April 17, 1978.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance
with the report and assessment of abutting properties for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953. Chapter 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $1,300,542.00.

2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
22nd day of May, 1978, in the Council Chambers in the Public Works
Garage Building at 14900 23rd Avenue at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improve-
ment as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Neils and upon vote beingtaken thereon, the
