Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resoluti,n and
moved its adoption.
RESOLUTION #78- 209
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION OF EXISTING PLATTED PROPERTY FOR DALE GORIAN (1-811)
WHEREAS, Dale Gorian has requested a lot consolidation of existing platted p.rcels
within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hreby does approve the following consolidation aA that
the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment correcti ms
based upon City policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County:

Lakeview Addition, Section 23, Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be consolidated into the following parcel:
The east 126.5 feet of Lot 14 and Lot 15, Block 2, Elmhurst Lakeview Addition, Section
23, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote ; n avor thereof*, Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils.
Seibold and Spaeth ,
The following voted against ora sta.ne ; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly poised and adopted.
