Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Min esota was held on the 17th day of April , 19 78 . The following members were present:Mavor Hunt. Councilmembers HQ t. Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following mems were absent: one Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #78-206 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR DAVID SICKELS (A-605) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division of unplatted property for David Sickels by Resolution #78- ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording of said lot division: Receipt by the City of a quit claim deed for all access rights along the entire 353.59 ft. of County Road 10 frontage. Both parcels must access 60th Avenue North only. 2. City Engineer's recommendations, including provision of 6 ft. drainage and utility easements either side of the new property line, be complied with. 3. Payment of $150 Park Dedication fees -in -lieu. 4. Any new utility stubs shall be entirely at owner's expense. 5, Parcel A shall be altered to include an additional width of 20 ft, frontage on 60th Avenue, The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by C uncilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo e n favor thereof; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, 5eibgld and Spaeth , The following voted against off' r a stained; None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly p4sed and a opte ,
