The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Council members Hot Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: _ one Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION #78-205 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR UNPLATTED PROPERTY FOR DAVID SICKELS .(A-605) WHEREAS, David Sickels has requested a lot division of existing unplatted property within the City of Plymouth; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of David Sickels for lot division of his property and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County: Plat 43702 Parcel 5600 Description Commencing at a point of intersection of the East line of Government Lot 5 with 60th Avenue North as platted in Bass Lake Shorewood Hills; thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes 09 seconds West distant 173.44 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing South 89 degrees 30 minutes 09 seconds West distant 333.44 feet; thence North 3 degrees 43 minutes 09 seconds East to the Southerly line of Bass Lake Road; thence Easterly along said Southerly line 353.94 feet to its intersection with a line bearing North 8 degrees 31 minutes 08 seconds East from the actual point of beginning; thence South 8 degrees 31 minutes 08 seconds West to the point of beginning.
