Neili, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent:-____ *�rw w's •rr Councilmember S eth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #78-204 DENYING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED PROPERTY FOR ELVIRA KLUCK (A-812) WHEREAS, Elvira Kluck has requested a lot division of existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does. deny said request for the following reasons: 1. Resulting lots would be substandard in size per the requirements of the R -1A section of the Zoning Ordinance. 2. The resulting two lots would be of insufficient depth to allow proper construction of homes due to a lack of lot depth. 3. Creation of additional sub -standard size lots on the lakeshore would work to the detriment of maintaining Medicine Lake as an important natural resource for the community. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt 'and upon vote being taken thereon. the following vo n rayor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following vote against or ata one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
