Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on t e

Councilmember Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-203
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR VOLP ADDITION
(A-780)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract for
Volp Addition as requested by Volp Construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said final plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum.
2. Alteration of the 50 ft. easement along the east plat border to include street
use and extend west of and around the transmission tower, providing that such
such easement does not affect the setback requirements for the development.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Seibo d and Spaeth ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
