The following members were presence— Mayor HunT, Councilmembers Hot Neils Seibold and Spaeth The follow ng me ers were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 78-196 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-151 ORDERING WATERMAIN AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR THE LOST LAKE AREA PROJECT NO. 811 WHEREAS, on March 27, 1978, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 78-151, ordering the improvement and preparation of plans for the Lost Lake Area Project No. 811, and WHEREAS, incorporated in this resolution was the street restoration work to include a street design of 7 -ton, 32 feet wide, with concrete curb and gutter, and WHEREAS, after a review of the particular circumstances for this area, the Council proposes to amend previously adopted Resolution No. 78-151, . NOW THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA THAT THE FOLLOWING AMENDMENTS ARE OFFERED TO RESOLUTION NO. 78-151: 1. Streets shall be 28 feet wide with bituminous curb and gutter. 2. That Revere Lane be shifted to the west of centerline to the extent practile, to provide the least disruption of existing improvements and taking of trees, etc. 3. To give consideration to the needs for concrete curb and gutter, turns and provide for proper construction of the catch basins existing at the inter- section of 40th and Revere Lane. 4. The bids shall include an alternate bid for concrete curb and gutter. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo e n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt.
