Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-191
RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING
ON IMPROVEMENT
23RD AVENUE NORTH UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 702
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 8, 1976, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc.
with reference to the improvement of 23rd Avenue from 700 feet east of Niagara
Lane to a point approximately 1200 feet east thereof or to Fernbrook Lane by
the installation of 9 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm
sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances and this report was received by
the Council on March 7, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an
estimated total cost of the improvement of $166,419.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 1st
day of May, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Public
Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North and the Clerk shall give mailed
and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Seibold . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
