Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Seitold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.78-190
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE RENEWALS
FOR 1978
WHEREAS, the firms listed below have submitted applications for renewal of
Garbage Hauler Licenses to the City Council for approval, in accordance
with Chapter III, Section 14, City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the applications for Garbage Hauler License of
the firms listed below be approved for the license period April 1, 1978
through March 31, 1979.

Hilger Transfer, Inc.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o ow n9 voted in favor thereof.
