Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a SPECIAL meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on We

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-179
RECEIVING REPORT
PIKE LAKE AREAO- PROJECT NO. 809
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted November 7, 1977, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with reference
to the improvement of the area described as Pike Lake Sewer District PL -1, according
to the Report Supplvnei`il. on Comprehensive Sewer Plan for Plymouth, Minnesota,
covering the area iif -th and west of CSAH 10, south of the north City Limits and
west of Goldenrod Lane, including the Pike Lake Terrace plat by the installation
of sanitary sewer lateral and trunk facilities, watermain lateral and trunk
facilities, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage
facilities, and all necessary appurtenances, and this report was received by the
Council on March 27, 1978.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
The report is hereby receiv::d and placed on file.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken theraon. the
following vo e n favor Fe -re -57. Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pasised and adopted,
