Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
271h day of March , 1978 . The following members were

Councilmembsr_Soaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-177
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR M.D. GAGNE TO OPERATE REAL ESTATE OFFICE
IN AN R-0 ZONING DISTRICT (A-796)
WHEREAS, W.D. Gagne has requested a conditional use permit to operate a real estate
office from a residence located at 4155 Highway 1J1 within an R-0 Zoning District;
and
WHEREAS, the subject property is adjacent to commercial uses and the Council finds
that this is an appropriate interim use of the property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of W.D. Gagne for
a conditional use permit to operate a real estate office from a residence located
at 4155 Highway 101 within an R-0 Zoning District.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Hunt "and upon vote being taken thereon. the

and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
