Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of

The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-175
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JAMS JAGODZINSKI AT HIGHWAY 55 SOUTH SERVICE
DRIVE AND FORESTVIEW LANE (A-788)
WHEREAS, James Jagodzinski has requested approval of a conditional use permit to
operate his business, North Central Instruments, proposed to be located at the
southeast corner of Highway 55 South Service Drive and Forestview Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of James Jagodzinski
for conditional use permit approval td operate his business, North Central Instruments,
proposed to be located at the southeast corner of Highway 55 South Service Drive and
Forestview Lane.subject to the following conditions:
1. General storage area shall be limited to no more than 40% of the square footage
used for this occupancy.
2. No building permits for this use shall be issued until zoning, final plat and
development contract are executed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
