The following members were present: Mayor The following members were absent: Councilmember Seihold +++ +++ +++ Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION #78-172 APPROVING AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR DAILEY PRINTING, INC. PER VOLP CONSTRUCTION APPROVED SITE PLAN FOR CHENEY BUILDING (A-780 and A-799) WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and City Council have approved the site plan petitioned by Volp Construction on behalf of Mr. Cheney (A-799) WHEREAS, one of the conditions of said site plan approval was that a joint driveway be established between the Dailey Printing, Inc. property line and the Cheney Building property line; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the site plans and recommends such driveway be established; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does direct that tht site plan for the Dailey Printing, Inc. structure adjacent to the Volp Construction proposed site plan for the Cheney Building, located within the southeast quadrant of Fernbrook Lane and 23rd Avenue North, be amended to include a 15 ft. strip or the east side of the site for purposes of inclusion as a common drive and for accommodation of maneuvering space on both sites and providing for landscape islands along the common driveway subject to approval of staff. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow ng voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Hoyt, Neils and_ Spaeth The following voted against or abstained; None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a opte
