HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1978-170.CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a spec al meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M?nn::_,ota was held on the 27th day of March , 19 78 . The following members were present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hot Neils and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION X78-170 GRANTING RELIEF FROM SECTION 14.1 OF THE MINNEAPOLIS INDUSTRIAL PARK 3RD ADDITION DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR CARLSON PROPERTIES (A-199) WHEREAS, Section 14.1 of the development contract for Minneapolis Industrial Park 3rd Addition specifies that "The landscape and screening plan . . .shall be fully implemented prior to the issuance of building permits on lots within this plat"; and, WHEREAS, Carlson Properties has requested relief from this provision based on a signed contract to complete such requirement with Dundee Nursery, with scheduled completion of November 15, 1978; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Carlson Properties for relief from Section 14.1 of the Minneapolis Industrial Park 3rd Addition and further, does hereby amend Section 14.1 of the Minneapolis Industrial Park 3rd Addition develop- ment contract to insert a November 15, 1978 completion date for the landscape plan and remove the building permit prohibition. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n 8vor t ereo ; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth The following vote against ora stains one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
