Pursuant to due cal and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota was he—rd on the

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-169
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MCCOMBS-KNUTSON ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR OPERATION
WITHIN AN I-1 ZONING DISTRICT (A-800)
WHEREAS, McCombs -Knutson Associates, Inc. have requested a ccaditional use permit
to occupy the MKA building proposed to be located north of Highway 55 at industrial
Park Boulevard, within an I-1 zoning district, based on Section 8, Subdivision 3 of
the Zoning Ordinance; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of McCombs -Knutson
Associates, Inc. for a conditional use permit to occupy the MKA building proposed
to be located north of Highway 55 at Industrial Park Boulevard, within an I-1 zoning
district, based on Section 8, Subdivision 3 of the Zoning Ordinance and upon, the
following findings related thereto:
1. The activities of the business do not entail traf':ic by the general public
into the Industrial District.
2. The business hours of the office correspond with those of other I-1 uses.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follow ng voted In fayor thereof, Magor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils
and Spaeth ,
The following Vote against orabstained; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
