Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on th
27th day of March , 14/8 . The following members were
present:

APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR CEDAR VIEW ESTATES FOR CLIFFORD
OTTEN (A-705)
WHEREAS, Clifford Otten has requested approval of the final plat for Cedar View
Estates, a plat for single family residential development consisting of nine lots,
located at the southeast corner of Ranchview Lane and County Road 15 and development
contract therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve the request of Clifford Otten
for final plat approval of Cedar Viers Estates, a plat for single family residential
development consisting of nine lots, located at the southeast corner of Ranchview
Lane and County Road 15.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmembe Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon. the
