Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-160
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT OF FERNDALE NORTH THIRD
ADDITION FOR LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION, INC. (A-615)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for Ferndale North Third Addition as requested by Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, direct the following prior to recording
of said plat:
1. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's memorandum.
2. Re -identification of Outlots to eliminate two "Outlot D's."
3. Completion of 9th Avenue North between Alvarado and Brockton Lanes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote ,n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Hoyt and Spaeth
The following vote against or abstained; None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pasised and adopted,
