Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on iTie
27th day of March , 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, CouncilmeRS-e-rs--lloytan Spaeth
The following members were absent: Counci mem ers Neils and Seibold

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-159
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR FERNDALE NORTH THIRD ADDITION FOR
LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION, INC. (A-615)
WHEREAS, Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc. has requested approval of the final plat
for Ferndale North Third Addition, a plat for single family residential development
consisting of 55 single family dwelling lots and four outlots, located east of
Ferndale Road between 4th and 9th Avenues North, and a development contract therefor;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Lundgren Bros.
Construction, Inc. for final plat approval of Ferndale North Third Addition, a plat
for single family residential development consisting of 55 single family dwelling lots
and four outlots, located east of Ferndale Road between 4th and 9th Avenues North.
FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the
city.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa%jed and adopted,
