Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of March 19 78. The following members were

RESOLUTION NO.78-148
APPROVING CIGARETTE LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette License has been received from the party
listed below in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6, of the City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Cigarette License application for the party listed below be
approved for the period January 1, 1978 through December 31, 1978.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, *he
