Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a, regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Niinnesota was held on the
20th day of March , 19 78. The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its tion:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-147
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR TRAIL CONSTRUCTION DESIGN WORK (NIAGARA LANE)
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth has applied for and received a trail grant from
the Minnesota Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, the trail grant is for a trail corridor adopted in the trail system
plan of November, 1976, and
WHEREAS, staff is requesting funding to provide planning, design, and cost
estimate services from Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and Associates in the
amount of $2,900; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has been appraised of
the grant for the corridor.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that monies in the amount of $2,900 be appropriated from the Parks
Dedication Fund, Community Parks, Trails Account (205-000-371.02) to Construction
Fund (Trails-Niagra Lane) (401-401-810.00-843) for planning, design and cost
estimate work to be done by the firm of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and
Associates to meet the submission deadline of April 7, 1977 for Minnesota
Department of Transportation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Ho, t, and upon vote beim taken thereon, the
