Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-135
REIMBURSING DEVELOPER FOR WATERMAIN OVERSIZING
SEVEN PONDS EAST (A-232)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Seven Ponds East Partnership have entered into
a development contract, dated September 19, 1977, for the development of Seven
Ponds East Addition, and
WHEREAS, as part of this development the developer was required to place a 12"
watermain in lieu of an 8" watermain in order to conform with the City of Plymouth
overall water distribution map, and
10 WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City of Plymouth to reimburse developers for the
difference between and 8" and a 12" main, and
WHEREAS, this amounts to $4938.31,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the developer, Seven Ponds East Partnership, is to be reimbursed
in the amount of $4938.31 for watermain oversizing equivalent to 1008.6 feet
along Dunkirk Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo n favor thereof: Magnr Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyte Neils
and Spaeth
