Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th dday of March , 19 78. The following members were
present: Mayor munt, Councilmembers HotNeils and Spaeth

fLuncilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 78-132
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING STREET LIGHT
CORNER OF 18TH & FORESTVIEW FOR COMMUNITY CLUB
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from H. P. Sahly, for the West Medicine Lake
Community Club, requesting installation of a residential street light at the corner
of 18th & Forestview.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the installation of residential street light at
the corner of 18th and Forestview Lane to serve the West Medicine Lake Community
Club, filed with the City Council on March 20, '978, is hereby declared to be
signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This
declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The estimated cost of the street 1i ht is $81.00 per year and proposed to be
assessed to the parcel of land legally described as Plat 43726 Parcel 5820.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councllmmhgr Ngil and upon vote being taken thereon. the
following vo n favor t ereo ; Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers HnIct and Wth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa!%sed and adopted.
