Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re lar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnnesota was held on the
20th day of _March , 19D . The following members were

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-131
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR DORGLASS, INC TO OPERATE IN 8-3 ZONING DISTRICT
(A-798)
WHEREAS, Dorglass, Inc. has requested a conditional use permit to operate an office/
shop/warehouse for assembly and distribution of windows and sliding glass doors in
a B-3 (Service Business) zoning district; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that if should, and hereby does, approve the request of Dorglass, Inc.
for a conditional use permit to operate an office/shop/warehouse for assembly and
distribution of windows and sliding glass doors in d B-3 (Service Business)
zoning district subject to the following conditions:
101. Approval of the City of a site improvements plan for landscaping at least the
first 20 ft. inside of the new and existing curb lines along 36th Avenue North
and Kilmer Lane and site signage. No Occupancy shall be permitted until said
plan is approved by the Planning Commission and said plan shall be executed within
180 days.
2. Outdoor storage of waste and waste containers shall be prohibited.
3. The curb cut on the north side of the site to 36th Avenue North shall be deleted,
said curbing to be replaced as rolled asphalt, concrete or the preferred recom-
mendation of the City Engineer as appropriate.
4. Conditional use permit shall be approved in keeping with the improvements pro-
posal shown to the Commission, signed and dated by the Chairman. to prohibit
pedestrian crossing traffic at the northeast corner of the site.
5. The area south of the building shall be seeded, sodded, landscaped and improved
per the improvement plan of petitioner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CouncIlmembeaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon. the
