Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota, washeld on t e 20th day of

SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION
FOR ROB'RT ZAKARIASEN (A -8G4)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation.division for
Robert Zakariase.: by Resolutson M78- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, 3L IT hEREBY RESOLVED BY THE QTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that is should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing of saiu ,ca consolidation/division:
1) Provision of written easement for drainage and utility purposes
for six feet either side of the new line between Parcel A and
Parcel B.
2) Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of #150 with the building
permit on Parcel B.
3) Payment of the following additional utility charges with the
building permit on Parcel B:
A. Water Area Charge $150.00
B. Sewer Area Charge $150.00
C. Water REC $190.00
D. Sewer REC $190.00
total $90M
4) New water and sewer stubs shall be solely at the owner's expense.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
