Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
1b 20th day of March , 1978 . The following members were
present:

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-129
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR
ROBERT ZAKARIASEN (A-804)
WHEREAS, Robert Zakariasen, 12 B North Forestview Lane, Plymouth, has requested
a consolidation and division of existing platted parcels with the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following
consolidation and division and that the City Manager be authorized to make
the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy wher the
consolidation and divisions are approved by Hennepin County:

Lot(s) Block Addition
14 2 Sunrise Acres
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A
Lot 14, Block 2, SUNRISE ACRES, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, except the South 75.00 feet thereof.
Parcel B
The South 75.00 feet of Lot 14, Block 2, Si'+'.RTSE ACRES, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
'ouncilmember OqXt and upon Vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed aadopte
