Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was herd on the
20th day of March , 1978 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Hoyr-, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Seibold
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:

SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION
FOR PALM CONSTRUCTION (HELEN K. JONES, OWNER) (A-803)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation/division for
Palm Construction by Resolution #78- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to filing of said lot consolidation/division:
1) Written easements for utilities and drainage 6 feet either side
of the new property line be provided by petitioner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duty passed and adopted,
