Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,M nnesota was held on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #78-125
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED VACATION OF PINEVIEW LANE BETWEEN 49TH AVENUE
NORTH AND THE SOO LINE TRACKS (A-648)
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Criterion Homs has petitioned the City Council
for vacation of Pineview Lane between 49th Avenue North and the Soo Line Tracks; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does establish the date of April 17th, 1978 at
7:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers, Public Works Building, 14900 -23rd Avenue North,
as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition, and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember S aet 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
